What is a company without a team of outstanding employees to support it and allow it to grow? Here at Leading Edge Industrial, we are incredibly proud of each of our team members and the skills and personalities that allow us all to work as a well-oiled machine (literally), complete with many different parts that contribute to a common goal. Though we would love to feature every single member of our team today (you’re all killin’ it!), we wanted to recognize a recent addition to our crew for his fantastic work. LEI followers and customers, please welcome Joe Littiken, our new Machinist and Shop Manager!
Joe Littiken is now an official full-time employee at Leading Edge Industrial. Joe has been a phenomenal asset to our team since he started work a few months ago. He oversees the machining of all our product parts, assemblies, and products.
A Little About Joe
Joe Littiken hails to us from Quincy, Indiana, and in 2017 he graduated from the Purdue University College of Agriculture. Joe has been in the machining industry for several years. He first started working in his father’s machine shop where he ran manual and CNC lathes and mills, worked with CAD/CAM software, and retrofitted manual machinery to CNC. Joe has over five years of machining experience. He began his employment with LEI Tech in December of 2017.

We are so eager to see where Joe and the rest of our incredible team will help us go in the next few years.
